UMKC Summer Debate Institute - 2009

The University of Missouri - Kansas City is proud to invite you to attend the 2009 Summer Debate Institute. Housed on the UMKC campus, and hosted by the UMKC Debate Team, SDI offers a diverse curriculum of instruction on all parts of the high school debate experience.

 

Features:

• Hundreds of pages of evidence before the Institute even begins!
• Attendees receive ALL evidence produced at the camp. .
• Diversity of Curriculum: Our team of instuctors have experience in a variety of high school debate styles including Missouri/Kansas style debate to national circuit debate.
• Low student to instructor ratio: Our team taught labs guarantee that there will be no more than 8 students for each instructor.
• Focus on Performance: Because of the pre-camp evidence, we are able to focus more time on the actual debater execution using that evidence. You will still learn valuable research skills, but that won't be all that you learn.
