UMKC Summer Debate Institute - 2010

College Credit

New for 2010, each student will receive 1 hour of college credit INCLUDED in their tuition. This is full college credit at the University of Missouri - Kansas City. This credit is transferable to nearly every higher education institution in the US. The credit is issued through the UMKC High School College Program.

 

Each student will also be able to purchase an additional 2 hours of college credit. All that you need to do is sign up and pay for those hours.

 

There are many benefits of earning college credit while in high school, including reducing the financial and time requirements of college, preparing a solid resume with good credentials and becoming eligible for scholarships at UMKC that you otherwise would not be eligible for.
